How long does production take?
Production times depend on the type of stationery you choose.
Semi-custom stationery: approximately 2–3 weeks
Fully custom stationery: approximately 4–6 weeks
Please allow additional time for revisions, add-ons, or larger quantities. I always recommend leaving plenty of time before your event so everything can be carefully designed and printed.
What’s the difference between semi-custom and fully custom?
Semi-custom stationery is based on an existing design from the collection. The layout and style remain the same, but colours, wording, and certain details can be personalised to suit your event.
Fully custom stationery is designed completely from scratch. This option allows us to create something entirely unique, tailored to your vision, colours, and overall wedding style.
Can I make changes to a semi custom suite?
Yes, small adjustments to a semi-custom suite may be possible. If you’d like to make changes beyond the standard personalisation (such as layout or design elements), please get in touch to discuss your ideas. If the changes are possible, an additional design fee will apply.
Do invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, all invitations include natural white envelopes as standard. If you’re looking for something specific, additional envelope options are available as add ons include them upon check out. If you choose a coloured envelope, it will replace the standard natural white envelopes included with your order.
What information do you need from me when ordering?
This depends on the stationery you’re ordering, but generally I will need details such as:
Names
Event date and location
Ceremony and reception details
RSVP information (if applicable)
Any wording you would like included
Include this in the personalisation box when ordering. After your order is placed, I will contact you to gather any additional information.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. You will receive a digital proof of your stationery before anything is printed. This gives you the opportunity to review all wording, layout, and details. Printing will only begin once you have approved the final proof.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included with your digital proof to ensure everything looks just right. Additional revisions can be made if needed and may incur a small design fee.
What’s your return/refund policy?
Due to the personalised nature of stationery, returns and refunds are not accepted once design work has begun or items have been printed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I will always do my best to resolve it.
