Returns & Refunds Policy

At Invited by Alilou, all stationery is made to order and personalised for your wedding. Because of the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items once production has begun.

We do, however, want you to be completely happy with your order and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Production Times

  • All stationery is carefully crafted after proof approval.
  • Standard production for printed stationery usually takes 5–10 business days.
  • Fully bespoke or larger orders may take slightly longer; your estimated timeline will be confirmed when placing your order.
  • Please allow extra time for production during busy wedding seasons.

Shipping Times

  • Orders are shipped from the UK via carriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DPD, depending on size and destination.
  • Domestic UK shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • International shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Proof Approval

  • You will receive a digital proof of your stationery before printing.
  • It is essential that you check all wording, dates, and details carefully.
  • Once you approve your proof, printing will begin, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Every order is carefully packaged.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
  • We will work with you to replace the damaged or lost items wherever possible.

Non-Personalised Items

  • For non-personalised items (e.g., pre-designed stationery extras), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
