At Invited by Alilou, each piece of stationery is carefully designed, printed, and packaged to arrive beautifully. Please read the details below so your order reaches you on time.

Processing Time

  • All stationery is made to order.
  • Once your proof has been approved, production usually takes 5–10 business days for printed stationery. Larger or fully bespoke orders may take slightly longer; your estimated timeline will be confirmed when you place your order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped from the UK via reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DPD, depending on size and destination.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Standard UK shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

  • We happily ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Every order is carefully packaged, but if your order arrives lost or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
