Welcome to Invited by Alilou. By using our website and purchasing stationery from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering and Approval
All stationery orders include a digital proof for your review and approval before printing. Please check all wording, spelling, dates, and details carefully. Once a proof is approved, Invited by Alilou cannot be held responsible for errors.
Printing will only begin once final approval has been received.
2. Proofs & Revisions
Digital proofs are provided so you can review your design before printing.
- Minor text changes are included.
- Significant design changes or additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an additional design fee.
3. Production Times
Production times vary depending on the type of stationery ordered. Estimated timelines will be confirmed when placing your order.
Please allow extra time for printing and delivery, particularly during busy wedding seasons. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order.
4. Colour Variation
Due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes, colours may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on screen. Every effort is made to ensure colours are printed accurately.
5. Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of wedding stationery, orders cannot be cancelled once design work has begun or proofs have been sent. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your order.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, illustrations, and stationery created by Invited by Alilou remain the intellectual property of the designer and are protected by copyright law.
Purchasing stationery does not transfer ownership of the design or artwork. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, altered, shared, or resold in any form without written permission. All stationery is for personal use only.
Invited by Alilou designs may not be reproduced by other designers, printers, or businesses.
7. Portfolio & Marketing
Invited by Alilou reserves the right to photograph and share designs for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Invited by Alilou will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including errors in printing after proof approval.
